Why Choose Me

I'm a certified running coach

As well as being a life-long athlete, I’m also a running coach certified through the Road Runners Club of America. So far, I’ve run 19 half marathons and 4 full marathons, including the 125th Boston Marathon in 2021.

I'm a certified personal trainer

My experience as a certified personal trainer give me the skills I need to help you reach all of your fitness goals. My certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I have bachelors and masters degrees in kinesiology

I went to Michigan State University where I also competed as a division 1 student athlete on the women’s rowing team. I have found that my background in kinesiology helps me better coach my clients in overall fitness and help them stay healthy while minimizing injury.
