Taking care of my body through daily movement helps me feel more confident and happy in my everyday life. My mission is to help you fall in love with the process of running, strength training, and the multitude of benefits each of those brings. As well as being a life-long athlete, I’m also a running coach certified through the Road Runners Club of America. So far, I’ve run 21 half marathons and 4 full marathons, including the 125th Boston Marathon in 2021.
My experience as a certified personal trainer give me the skills I need to help you reach all of your fitness goals. My certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’ve taken in-person clients through hundreds of sessions and my training app allows me to reach more people through online personal training.
I went to Michigan State University where I also competed as a division 1 student athlete on the women’s rowing team. I have found that my background in kinesiology helps me better coach my clients in overall fitness and help them stay healthy while minimizing injury.
