1-on-1 Run Coaching

Working with a coach one-on-one will help you gain confidence in your training and help you achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable, safe, and backed by science. Individualized coaching is perfect for new runners who may feel overwhelmed and are looking for a structured plan or for runners with racing experience who are looking to improve their race times or set a new PR. Plan adjustments allow for a precise custom plan that adjusts with your training results and lifestyle demands. Weekly accountability check-ins will help you to stay on track and will be used to assess your progress so I can cater your training plan to your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon or to complete your first 5k, taking the guesswork out of your training by working with a certified coach can help you reach your goals! Please note that there is a 4-month minimum commitment for 1-on-1 Run Coaching to ensure we can train through an entire training cycle to get the most out of our time together. Progress takes time and consistency!

Small Group Run Coaching

Train and race together! With Small Group Coaching you and your crew will receive a shared custom running plan that you can work through together. Each group member will have their own goal splits provided for each workout as needed. Group check-in calls will keep your training group on the right path through race day. This package is perfect for first-time racers who want to train with family or friends! This is designed for groups of 2-4 runners and you will receive the same high quality coaching and service as individual coaching clients. Custom Running Plans

Custom running plans are available for athletes who do not wish to receive ongoing coaching, but who still want a training plan tailored to their specific schedule, needs, and goals. This is perfect for new or experienced runners who are in the habit of running regularly and want to take a more strategic approach to racing and reaching their goals. Before I begin creating your plan, you will be asked to complete inventory forms about your running history, goals, schedule needs, etc. These will allow me to create a realistic plan that integrates with your lifestyle and aligns with your training level and goals. Fees are one time only and the athlete will receive a full custom plan that includes target goal splits for each workout based on the information you provide. Following a training plan that is designed especially for YOU can help you progress toward your training and racing goals, gaining confidence along the way. I want you to be proud of the work you’re putting in and I am excited to be a part of your fitness journey! Please note that if you are looking for regular follow-up and guidance throughout your training, an individual or group coaching package will be a better option for you.

As a Certified Running Coach, it’s my job to design running programs in a safe and sustainable way that fits your personal running goals.
