Small Group Coaching

Train and race with friends or family! With Small Group Coaching (2-4 runners) you and your crew will receive a shared custom running plan that you can work through together. Group training is the best of both worlds: custom coaching and training partners to help with community and accountability.

Custom Training Plans

Custom training plans are available for athletes who do not wish to receive ongoing coaching, but who still want a training plan tailored to their specific schedule, needs, and goals. This is perfect for new or experienced runners who are in the habit of running regularly and want to take a more strategic approach to racing and reaching their goals.

There is a lot of thought and strategy that goes into creating an effective running training plan. If it’s all new to you and feels a bit overwhelming, that’s okay! As a Certified Running Coach, it’s my job to design running programs in a safe and sustainable way that fits your personal running goals. When you work with me, I’ll provide you with specific and detailed workouts and help you progress toward your running goals one step at a time. It’s a process and it takes time, but there’s no better feeling than accomplishing something you couldn’t do before. We’re in this together!
