My mission as an online fitness and nutrition coach is to help you look, feel, and perform your best so that you can live the life you’ve always wanted. My custom training app allows for streamlined and individualized programming made just for you and your goals!  Whether you want to run your first mile, start lifting weights, or improve your wellbeing and performance, I am excited that you’re here and can’t wait to work with you!

I'm a certified running coach

As well as being a life-long athlete, I’m also a running coach certified through the Road Runners Club of America. So far, I’ve run 24 half marathons and 4 full marathons, including the 125th Boston Marathon in 2021.

I'm a certified personal trainer

My experience as a certified personal trainer gives me the skills I need to help you reach all of your fitness goals. My certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’ve taken in-person clients through hundreds of sessions and my training app allows me to reach more people through online personal training.

I'm a certified nutrition coach

I am certified as a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Many people have complex relationships with food and my goal is to help them simplify and create sustainable nutrition habits.

I have bachelors and masters degrees in kinesiology

I went to Michigan State University where I also competed as a division 1 student athlete on the women’s rowing team. I have found that my background in kinesiology helps me better coach my clients in overall fitness and help them stay healthy while minimizing injury.
